Invenium Legaltech and Invenium alongside Intercomp S.p.A.: 100% USA debt recovered
The debt Collection in the USA is a succes story with an hyppy end for Invenium Legaltech. The 100% collection debt in the USA has been recovered. This succces story happened together with Intercomp S.p.A. The company is a historic Italian player in the IT hardware sector. In 1987 they already signed a license agreement with Microsoft with Bill Gates in Nice.
Invenium Legaltech managed a complex issue on behalf of Intercomp, managing to recover the entire unpaid receivable in a quarter. An excellent recovery time and a great result was certainly possible to achieve thanks to a perfect interaction with the Client and with the internal services. The interaction was foundamental to achieve our ambitious goals. Indeed, it has allowed to avoid the long times and high costs of a lawsuit in the United States. Reducing cost is very important for companies entering the international market and aiming to be competitive. We at Invenium Legaltech know it, and we help our client in this journey that can often be challenging.
It has been an honor to work with an important and historic company in the Italian market like Intercomp. This year this company celebrates 40 years of activity – starting as a manufacturer of electronic boards and compatible PCs, has come to design and produce its own MS-DOS compatible Personal Computer as early as 1984, developing over time technologies and results on behalf of large international companies.
